Here we tell you who Luisormenoa27 is, how he went from gameplays to football reactions and why in 2026 he became one of the biggest names in Peruvian streaming.

Who is Luis Ormeño?

Luis Ormeño is a Peruvian streamer and content creator, known as Luisormenoa27, who lives in Lima and is around 30 years old. He started in 2014 with Garena Free Fire videos and today he is one of the most watched streamers on Kick Peru, with more than 300,000 followers on that platform and a record of 23,477 simultaneous viewers in October 2025.

Luis Ormeño's childhood and early years

Luis Ormeño is an uncommon figure in Peruvian streaming: he hardly talks about his private life. What is known is that he was born on a June 27, that he grew up and lives in Lima, and that his mother is a constant presence in his broadcasts, to the point that his followers know her because he mentions her every time he wins a bet.

His relationship with video games started like that of any young person from Lima of his generation: hours in front of the screen, first on shooters and later on the game that would change his life, Garena Free Fire. Unlike other creators, he did not come from the world of television or music. His only asset was charisma in front of the camera and an enormous patience for broadcasting for hours.

Luis Ormeño's professional career

Luis Ormeño defines himself as a first-person shooter player, but his career shows that he knows how to adapt. His most important stages:

• 2014: he starts sharing video game content online, according to his own timeline.
• 2018: he publishes his first video on YouTube, a clip recorded during the Entel Media Fest in Lima. That same year he becomes a Free Fire reference in Latin America, with collaborations alongside creators such as Golemcito Games.
• 2019-2022: he grows on Twitch until he passes 300,000 followers and 350,000 subscribers on YouTube.
• 2023-2024: he makes the leap to Kick, the platform that signed several Latin streamers, and starts diversifying his content towards "Just Chatting".
• 2025: his reactions to football matches go viral on TikTok. In May he celebrates a winning bet of 1,200 soles on a Barcelona-Real Madrid with the phrase "my mum celebrates it". On October 16, 2025 he reaches his record of 23,477 simultaneous viewers on Kick.
• 2026: during the World Cup he broadcasts match after match and, on June 16, 2026, he tops the ranking of the most watched Peruvian streamers on Kick.

At Famosix we consider that his evolution sums up the change in Peruvian streaming: the creators who were born in a single video game are today commentators on everything, and football is the language that connects them with the widest audience.

Luis Ormeño's personal life

Ormeño has chosen a different path from that of other Peruvian streamers such as Diealis or Cristorata, whose personal controversies usually fill headlines. He keeps his private life off camera: he has not made a relationship public nor does he expose his family, apart from the affectionate mentions of his mother.

The closest thing to a personal drama live happened in April 2025, when he thought his cat had died in the middle of a broadcast. The scare, which turned out to be a false alarm, became one of his most shared clips. His community values precisely that: a streamer who reacts genuinely, without a script, and who turns any match or bet into a collective event.
